HIR Project Manager

Taniesha grew up on cattle and mixed livestock properties across New South Wales, where she developed a deep appreciation and endearing passion for livestock and the land from an early age. Following several working gap years, Taniesha completed a dual Bachelor of Agriculture and Bachelor of Business majoring in Agribusiness at the University of New England, NSW.

Prior to joining Select Carbon, Taniesha developed extensive experience across the agricultural industry with a focus on livestock production and management. Taniesha has worked through various ‘hands on’ livestock roles before stepping into the office, most recently as a Cattle Business Analyst for an agricultural assets management company. Taniesha is driven by a heart-felt passion for regenerative agriculture and its applications, particularly to livestock production across Australian landscapes. In her spare time, Taniesha enjoys traveling and sports including hockey, touch football and campdrafting.

With Select Carbon, Taniesha helps coordinate projects across NSW and QLD, with specialist skills in livestock production systems. Taniesha is motivated to help ensure carbon projects complement and enhance livestock grazing enterprises and to support landholders to enrich management, improve profitability and restore vital ecological function to, and connection with the land along the way.
