HIR Project Officer

Monique completed a Masters of Environmental Management and Development at The Australian National University after graduating with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia. During her studies Monique was interested in the environmental impact of cryptocurrencies and how public policy responses can shape better environmental outcomes.

Prior to joining the team at Select Carbon, Monique worked in both the private and public sector. First in renewable energy, where she worked as a public policy consultant for a renewable energy Startup and more recently in natural resource management with Landcare. Through working with a wide range of landholders across agricultural small holdings, as well as with various government entities across bushland reserves, she became interested in the ecological interactions between agriculture and remnant bushland.

Monique is a member of the Project Management team and assists with carrying out Human Induced Regeneration projects across the Southern Rangelands of WA.
